Chocolate Delivery Online - Cancellation And Refund Policy :
Any order cancellations to the order have to be made within 24 hours after placing the order on our website to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be after the 24 hr delivery window starts. In case of Courier products cancellation is not possible if the product are dispatched.
Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: " Cancellation Request" and sent to support@chocolatedeliveryonline.com and should include the following details : Order ID and Reason for Cancellation. Also cancellation will be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at mentioned email id.
Chocolatedeliveryonline.com is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where: Chocolates, plants, dry fruits, sweets, gift products and perishable items delivered to incorrect addresses and contact details supplied by the sender or recipient refused to accept due to personal issues. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender. Also product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced after the assessment done by our customer care team.
A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our customer care team will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer.

Substitution Policy :
Occasionally, substitutions of Chocolates or some other gifts are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the chocolate/order/product you have selected, experienced vendor partners of Chocolatedeliveryonline.com will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. However Chocolatedeliveryonline reserves the right to substitute the chocolates (including specified brand) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.
